2012 New Year Resolutions for iTCSLive

We’re truly glad to share the prospect of growth and opportunities with all our employees in 2012. Our organization appreciates innovative minds that work hard and help us in achieving our long-terms goals. We’re looking forward to employees who can live up to the challenges of our organization and transform themselves as per the need of the hour.

This year, we’ve come up with a grade-system wherein our performances will be judged upon a few factors and marked accordingly. Let’s take a close look at these factors, and identify our areas of opportunity -

1. Quantity of work:

This signifies the volume of work that is performed and delivered by an employee within a stipulated time frame. Our work has to be goal-oriented and not just for the sake of piling up. In doing so, our primary objective is to save time and resources.

2. Quality of work:

We’re looking forward to deliver quality work and meet the expectations of our clients. Our work should make things easier for the end-user and has to be error-free. What we deliver should help us create a niche in the web-world.

3. Mentoring :

Each one of us should act as mentors to fresh entrants. We must try and provide them with a platform wherein they can learn and experiment. This will help them develop into better performers and form potential resources in the future.

4. Positive attitude towards colleagues

All of us are here to work hand-in-hand and help develop each other into quality resources. We all need to assist each other in achieving our respective goals, so that we may contribute more towards the larger goals and objectives of our organization.

Other key aspects of our organization that need serious consideration -

Hiring quality resources is always our highest priority

Our HR division should only concentrate in hiring quality resources for our organization. We’ll need to strike a balance between expertise and raw talent. We should look for people who’re honest and dedicated. Our HR team members will stay put to the idea of developing a proper hierarchy and dealing with our employee concerns at the earliest.

Transforming new ideas into success

Employees who’re coming up with fresh ideas will be identified if they can establish the necessity of such protocol and show us a way to achieve them. Many of us have come up with the proposition to start a new Team on the Java Platform. It’s perhaps the best time to test the skills of our Java developers and include them in our new team. We are going to introduce new features for our iTCSLive Fans pretty soon. We are also quite close to introducing a social media platform for web commuters. Such a platform would enable them to share their ideas at their own free will.

Keeping our competitors at bay

We must remember our growing number of competitors during the course of our business expansion. With a view to preserve our goodwill we have hired a strong RND team. Our RND team should focus on introducing effective systems and work patterns on the basis of key researches.

Counting upon all of the above factors we may certainly look forward to improvements in terms of time management, work environment and development of more productive resources in the days to come. Let’s unite for a year-long resolution and live up to our promises in 2012!!
