Learn and earn: We generally look for fresher candidates having knowledge on PHP and Mysql. There is a Probation period of 3 months for every employee. During this period, s/he will be given a basic salary (with no other benefits) and a free hand opportunity to learn and grow up according to the market standard.

For experienced candidates, there remains ample opportunity to shine his/her career. In addition, a knowledge sharing scope from our highly skilled employee.
